Reform and Ride offers a variety of cycle classes which include signature timed rides and combo classes to meet your fitness goals.

Ride 60: We bring you an outdoor cycling experience indoors with this athletic and authentic cycling class. Enjoy our signature 60 minute ride chocked full of driving music and motivation instruction to keep you energized as you are lead through a workout comprised of a variety of hill climbs, flat terrains, head winds, tail winds, and anaerobic intervals. No experience required, but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most our of your ride. All levels welcome.

Reform & Ride: Challenge yourself with our signature ride for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of Pilates Mat core conditioning. You will get it all in this combo workout. Improve your cardiovascular conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic) while strengthening, toning and flattening your mid-section as well as stretching and lengthening your entire body. No experience required, but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most out of your ride. All levels welcome.

Rip & Ride: Challenge yourself with our signature ride for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of full body strength training. You will get it all in this combo workout. Improve your cardiovascular conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic) while blasting all major muscles to gain strength and lean, athletic muscles. No experience required, but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most out of your ride. All levels welcome.

Intro to Cycle: This workout is perfect for the novice cyclist or those wanting a refresher course on the basics. Join us to learn proper bike set up, body mechanics and how to make the most of your workout through power meters in this introductory class. Set up will be followed by a 30 minute ride. No experience required. All levels welcome.
