Nicole Luna, wrote a great article for Community Impact’s October Issue. The article entitled “Reform & Ride offers a personalized workout” features some great shots of clients in our various Pilates, Spin, and Group Fitness classes. Luna cites the level of personalization and small class size as key elements of the studio’s appeal.
- a cycling class can have a maximum of 15
- a group fitness class can have a maximum of 10
- a Pilates class has a maximum of 6
The small class size makes it possible to give the studio’s clients the personal attention they deserve and need to reach their fitness goals. As Beverly Seitzinger, the owner, says
“It’s almost like a small group training, but you still get that encouragement,” Seitzinger said. “Getting more personal attention helps make sure that the individual is using the correct form and the correct technique in their exercise and that they’re not overdoing it.”
