Beverly Seitzinger, Studio Owner, PSC Master Trainer

With 20+ years of experience in fitness and wellness, Beverly is eager to share her passion for movement. Her enthusiasm is fueled by the successes of her clients as they discover the benefits of Pilates and exercise in their daily lives. Seeing and feeling the positive affects fitness has for all ages and body types is very exciting and rewarding as she continues to challenge herself to grow as an instructor. With first-hand experience of how stress and injuries can affect our bodies, she strives to focus on practice, not perfection. Beverly works with all types of clients, from post-rehab to competitive athletes. As an educator, she is committed to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals by becoming stronger, mindful of the body’s posture, breath, flexibility and core strength. Beverly continues to teach her clients to never stop moving, no matter what age!

After owning and operating the very successful and highly respected studio, The Pilates Body Shop, she decided to expand her studio and opened Reform and Ride offering classes in Pilates, Cycling, and Group Fitness, as well as private sessions. In 2018, Beverly became a Pilates Teacher Trainer so she could pass on her passion to new instructors.

Adrienne Rutenis, Instructor

Adrienne has been an avid fitness enthusiast her whole life and a dedicated student of the Pilates method for 15 years. It wasn’t until she had a back injury that she realized the wide scope of benefits Pilates has to offer everyone, regardless of age or limitation. After earning her Comprehensive Instructor Certification, she worked to expand her knowledge of the individual needs of special populations, including pre and post natal clients, breast cancer survivors, and practical release to improve mobility.

Dana Ewing, Instructor

Before staying home with her boys full time, Dana worked as an elementary school teacher and assistant principal.  Once her boys were in school she knew it was time to follow another passion of hers – group fitness!  Dana has been participating in group exercise programs since she was a teen.  She has always found motivation and energy in working out with others.  She decided to combine her teaching experience and love of group fitness and become certified to teach cycle and group fitness classes.  Dana is an enthusiastic advocate for an active and healthy lifestyle.  She enjoys encouraging and walking alongside those that are just starting out on their fitness journey and challenging those that are ready to take their fitness to the next level.  She desires to help others find enjoyment in moving their bodies and improving their overall health.

Dana lives in Frisco with her husband and two boys.  In her free time you can find her reading, taking long walks or a group exercise class, volunteering at her boys’ school, and spending time at home with her family.

Danielle Kubat, Instructor

Danielle has a particular passion for Pilates and values its principals and how they can be incorporated into peoples lives as well as any fitness activity or sport. She enjoys implementing this training into all of her group fitness classes as well as her individual client sessions. Her clients encompass all ages and abilities, including those challenged by injuries or permanent disabilities such as scoliosis and spinal fusions to the elite athlete looking for continued strength. Her guiding philosophy of balance in all things is something she aspires to in her personal and professional life as well as encourage in her clients.

Danielle lives in Plano with her husband and two sons, and when she finds the time, loves to walk her dog, read historical fiction, swim, cycle, volunteer and travel.  She is also an accomplished runner, and has competed in everything from 5Ks and marathons to sprint-distance triathlons.

Emily Floyd, Instructor

Emily is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and has a background in Dance. She graduated from Florida State University with a BFA in Dance Performance & Choreography. Shortly afterwards, she moved to New York City and pursued her professional Dance career. She had the opportunity to work, perform and choreograph with several dance companies. Emily has been teaching movement for over 10 years and enjoys working with people of all backgrounds and all ages. She has a passion for movement and it’s ability to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit.  Connecting and sharing her joy for movement through Pilates and helping clients to create and achieve their personal fitness goals is why she loves teaching. Emily’s background in Dance/Movement Science allows her to see movement patterns we’ve developed and focus on creating new ones by addressing and improving alignment, flexibility, and stability of movement. She has worked directly with clients who are post-op and pre-op and those who simply want to improve their overall fitness and wellness. She truly enjoys helping people to develop a movement program that fits each person!
Emily is brand new to Texas and is so thrilled to be a part of the Reform & Ride family!

Frances Solt, Instructor

Frances began her journey as a group exercise instructor in 2003. Starting out teaching Strollercise with her then 6-month-old daughter (now 14), she moved on to teach Spinning and found her home in the saddle. Her affinity for spinning came naturally as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their cycling ability and to step outside of their comfort zones. Frances believes that everyone can achieve their fitness goals provided they have a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. As an instructor, Frances will motivate and inspire you with energetic workouts, constant support, challenging routines, and a ROCKIN’ playlist!

Frances lives in Prosper with her husband, 3 daughters, and 2 dogs. When she’s not teaching, you can find her poolside, spending time with family and friends or enjoying live music around town.

Lorin Sebo, Instructor

Health through fitness and nutrition has been Lorin’s passion for most of her life.  She enjoys working with others in helping them achieve their fitness goals as well as her own.  She quickly discovered great joy in the success’s clients found building their strength and ability while overcoming fitness challenges.  She looks forward to working with others as a fitness team to become their best selves.

Sherry Henifin, Instructor

Sherry enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She believes that movement heals and its gratifying to see clients quality of life improve through Pilates.  Helping clients understand their bodies and make those ah-ha moments when they connect their bodies to the movement gives her pride that they trust her to help them become stronger from the inside out. After every session, its a joy to see her clients walk out of the studio a little taller and feeling better than when they entered.

Carah Martin, Front Desk Supervisor

Carah started working at Reform and Ride in the summer of 2016. She is currently pursuing her degree in Psychology. She has developed a love for health and fitness and is excited to assist others in their journey!
