Beverly Seitzinger, Studio Owner, PSC Master Teacher Trainer

With 20+ years of experience in fitness and wellness, Beverly is eager to share her passion for movement. Her enthusiasm is fueled by her clients’ successes as they discover the benefits of Pilates and exercise in their daily lives. Seeing and feeling the positive affects fitness has for all ages and body types is very exciting and rewarding as she continues to challenge herself to grow as an instructor. With first-hand experience of how stress and injuries can affect our bodies, she strives to focus on practice, not perfection. Beverly works with all types of clients, from post-rehab to competitive athletes. As an educator, she is committed to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals by becoming stronger, mindful of the body’s posture, breath, flexibility and core strength. Beverly continues to teach her clients to never stop moving, no matter what age!

Although Beverly’s initial Pilates Certification and Master Pilates Certification were both through Peak Pilates, a classical program, she wanted to add the contemporary approach to her repertoire as well as share her love of teaching Pilates with others. Through PSC, she completed their program and is thrilled to provide the PSC Pilates Teacher Training Program as well as PMA CEC workshops.

Danielle Kubat, Instructor

Danielle has a particular passion for Pilates and values its principles and how they can be incorporated into people’s lives as well as any fitness activity or sport. She enjoys implementing this training into all of her group fitness classes as well as her individual client sessions. Her clients encompass all ages and abilities, including those challenged by injuries or permanent disabilities such as scoliosis and spinal fusions to the elite athlete looking for continued strength. Her guiding philosophy of balance in all things is something she aspires to in her personal and professional life as well as encourages in her clients.

Danielle lives in Plano with her husband and two sons, and when she finds the time, loves to walk her dog, read historical fiction, swim, cycle, volunteer, and travel.  She is also an accomplished runner and has competed in everything from 5Ks and marathons to sprint-distance triathlons.

Frances Solt, Instructor

Frances began her journey as a group exercise instructor in 2003. Starting out teaching Strollercise with her then 6-month-old daughter (now 14), she moved on to teach Spinning and found her home in the saddle. Her affinity for spinning came naturally as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their cycling ability and to step outside of their comfort zones. Frances believes that everyone can achieve their fitness goals provided they have a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. As an instructor, Frances will motivate and inspire you with energetic workouts, constant support, challenging routines, and a ROCKIN’ playlist!

Frances lives in Prosper with her husband, 3 daughters, and 2 dogs. When she’s not teaching, you can find her poolside, spending time with family and friends or enjoying live music around town.

Lori Delawter, Instructor

Lori’s journey began with sports growing up in Chicago: gymnastics, soccer, basketball, track, tennis…you name it, she played it. During college, she started teaching aerobics, step aerobics, and cycle. Soon, she completed hatha yoga teacher training. Lori ended up moving to Arizona for a job and continued to teach spinning, yoga, and strength classes, while working in medical sales (and running half marathons). She moved to Philadelphia for her husband, and she continued to work in medical sales while teaching until her son was born! After having her son, she noticed that her body wasn’t the same; she suffered from back and hamstring issues while running, which led her to Pilates.

Lori started taking Pilates Reformer classes 2-3 times a week and became hooked! She loved how her body felt and wanted to share that with others. With her husband’s job demands of traveling weekly, she left her medical sales job and decided to do the Power Pilates Teacher Training in Philadelphia and the rest is history!

Karis Nowell, Instructor

Karis was a successful competitive figure skater for nineteen years of her life. She was introduced to Pilates when she was twelve years old due to its emphasis on strength, balance, coordination, and correct biomechanics. Participating in Pilates positively influenced her skating as well as her overall functionality. Karis endured multiple injuries during her competitive career that kept her off the ice. In order to keep her mind and body strong during these times, she used Pilates as her main source of rehab and exercise. All of the joys and hardships of being a competitive athlete instilled a passion for understanding the function of the human body. This passion led her to hang up her skates and fully pursue a degree in Kinesiology with the long-term endeavor of becoming a doctor of chiropractic. Karis realized her experience in Pilates aligned itself with her future career goals and thus decided to become a certified instructor. She now strives to apply her knowledge and experience of the human body to aid her clients in reaching their personal goals.

Nicki Elieff, Instructor

Nicki is a native of Dallas and a lifelong sports and exercise enthusiast. With over 20 years of experience working in ophthalmology, Nicki has always enjoyed helping others feel their best. Thirteen years ago she left her career to focus on raising her family and caring for her aging parents. She began taking Pilates to help with rehabilitating her shoulder following an injury. After some private lessons, she fell in love and immersed herself in classes several times a week. It was exciting for her to see her body transform and become stronger and more fit. Inspired by her own personal results, she participated in the Pilates Teacher Training Program at Reform and Ride and became a Certified Pilates Instructor. Nicki looks forward to sharing her passion for Pilates and helping clients improve their fitness and mobility.

Nicki lives in Frisco with her husband and four-legged best friend Sam. She has 3 grown sons and loves spending time with her family, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.

Jaclyn Sartore, Instructor

Jaclyn is a classically trained dancer and was introduced to Pilates at a young age as a way to enhance her ballet training. While attending Texas A&M University as a Dance major, Pilates played a major role in the curriculum of the Dance program. While studying and practicing the principles of Pilates in school, Jaclyn developed a true passion for understanding the functionality of the human body, as well as using Pilates as a means of preserving the body. In 2015, she pursued her 200 Hour Yoga certification, and shortly after was trained at All Pilates in Frisco, TX as a Pilates Fitness Instructor.

In addition to teaching Pilates, Jaclyn continues to pursue her passion for dance and teaches ballet in Plano, TX.
