Beverly Seitzinger, Studio Owner, PSC Master Teacher Trainer

With 20+ years of experience in fitness and wellness, Beverly is eager to share her passion for movement. Her enthusiasm is fueled by the successes of her clients as they discover the benefits of Pilates and exercise in their daily lives. Seeing and feeling the positive affects fitness has for all ages and body types is very exciting and rewarding as she continues to challenge herself to grow as an instructor. With first-hand experience of how stress and injuries can affect our bodies, she strives to focus on practice, not perfection. Beverly works with all types of clients, from post-rehab to competitive athletes. As an educator, she is committed to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals by becoming stronger, mindful of the body’s posture, breath, flexibility and core strength. Beverly continues to teach her clients to never stop moving, no matter what age!

Although Beverly’s initial Pilates Certification and Master Pilates Certification were both through Peak Pilates, a classical program, she wanted to add the contemporary approach to her repertoire as well as share her love of teaching Pilates with others. Through PSC, she completed their program and is thrilled to provide the PSC Pilates Teacher Training Program as well as PMA CEC workshops.

Her affinity for spinning came naturally as an avenue to inspire and coach others to improve their cycling ability and to step outside of their comfort zones. Frances believes that everyone can achieve their fitness goals provided they have a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. As an instructor, Frances will motivate and inspire you with energetic workouts, constant support, challenging routines, and a ROCKIN’ playlist!

Frances lives in Prosper with her husband, 3 daughters, and 2 dogs. When she’s not teaching, you can find her poolside, spending time with family and friends or enjoying live music around town.

Lori Delawter, Instructor

Lori’s journey began with sports growing up in Chicago: gymnastics, soccer, basketball, track, tennis…you name it, she played it. During college, she started teaching aerobics, step aerobics, and cycle. Soon, she completed hatha yoga teacher training. Lori ended up moving to Arizona for a job, and continued to teach spinning, yoga, and strength classes, while working in medical sales (and running half marathons). She moved to Philadelphia for her husband, and she continued to work in medical sales while teaching until her son was born! After having her son, she noticed that her body wasn’t the same; she suffered from back and hamstring issues while running, which led her to Pilates.

Lori started taking Pilates Reformer classes 2-3 times a week and became hooked! She loved how her body felt and wanted to share that with others. With her husband’s job demands of traveling weekly, she left her medical sales job and decided to do the Power Pilates Teacher Training in Philadelphia and the rest is history!

Karis Nowell, Instructor

Karis was a successful competitive figure skater for nineteen years of her life. She was introduced to Pilates when she was twelve years old due to its emphasis on strength, balance, coordination, and correct biomechanics. Participating in Pilates positively influenced her skating as well as her overall functionality. Karis endured multiple injuries during her competitive career that kept her off the ice. In order to keep her mind and body strong during these times, she used Pilates as her main source of rehab and exercise. All of the joys and hardships of being a competitive athlete instilled a passion for understanding the function of the human body. This passion led her to hang up her skates and fully pursue a degree in Kinesiology with the long term endeavor of becoming a doctor of chiropractic. Karis realized her experience in Pilates aligned itself with her future career goals and thus decided to become a certified instructor. She now strives to apply her knowledge and experience of the human body to aid her clients in reaching their personal goals.

Education and Certifications

  • PSC (Pilates Sports Center) Certified Pilates Trainer
  • Competitive figure skater for 19 years
  • Bachelors of Kinesiology at Texas Women’s University

Justin Wichmann, Marketing/Social Media Manager

Justin’s love for athletics started at a very young age when he came across the figure skaters on one of the public session at the Galleria mall. His eyes never leaving the rink, his parents asked if he wanted to try it. From there, he would embark on a seventeen year long career in the sport of figure skating, becoming a national bronze medalist and being named to US Figure Skatings Athletic Developmental team. Justin was introduced to Pilates during his competitive career as a way to help build and control his muscles to be able to perform at the highest functionality for figure skating. On top of being a competitive athlete, Justin also has a huge love for the arts. Whether it be drawing, sketching, or designing, he always loves to use the creative side of his brain. While pursuing a degree in Fashion and Merchandising at UNT, he hopes to take Reform and Ride to new highest with their marketing and social media!

Jessica Ziesmer, Front Desk Associate

Jessica was a competitive figure skater for fifteen years, during which she learned many life skills such as discipline and work ethic. During seven of those years, she also partook in competitive swimming before fully committing herself to figure skating. Pilates was introduced to Jessica during her competitive career and played an influential role in her ability to learn how to use her body at its highest functionality for her sport. Now she is a student at The University of Texas at Dallas, studying Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Physician’s Assistant. She has a passion for fitness and people, working as the front desk receptionist at Reform & Ride. Jessica was adopted from Russia as an infant by her American parents and has lived in Texas ever since then. She also enjoys volunteering in her free time and is an avid reader.
