cycle spin fitness classNew to SPIN®, aka indoor cycling?  Not a problem. Experienced cyclist?  We got you covered. Reform and Ride offers SPIN® classes for those new to cycling to the experienced rider to help you meet your fitness goals. Our Spinner® Blade ION™ bikes, equipped with power meters, provide riders with real-time measurements of individual effort for greater training efficiency and performance results.  Classes include:

  • Signature rides
  • Reform and Ride (cycle and Pilates)
  • Rip and Ride (cycle and strength training)

We encourage new riders to take our Intro to Cycle so you get the most out of your workouts!

Cycle Classes

Our Signature: 60 Minutes

We bring you an outdoor cycling experience indoors with this athletic and authentic cycling class. Enjoy our signature ride chocked full of driving music and motivating instruction to keep you energized as you are lead through a workout comprised of a variety of hill climbs, flat terrains, head winds, tail winds, and anaerobic intervals.

Our signature ride session lasts 60 minutes.

No experience required but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most out of your ride.

All levels welcome.

Reform and Ride

Challenge yourself with our signature ride for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of Pilates Mat core conditioning. You will get it all in this combo class:

  • improve your cardiovascular conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic)
  • strengthen, tone and flatten your mid-section
  • stretch and lengthen your entire body

No experience required but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most out of your ride.

All levels welcome.

Rip and Ride

Challenge yourself with our signature ride for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of full-body strength training. You will get it all in this combo class:

  • improve your cardiovascular conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic)
  • gain strength and lean athletic muscles

No experience required but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most out of your ride.

All levels welcome.

Intro to Cycle

Perfect for the novice indoor cyclist or those wanting a refresher course on the basics. Join us to learn how to:

  • set up your bike properly
  • understand body mechanics
  • make the most of your workout through power meters

Set up will be followed by a 30 minute ride.

No experience required.
