Cross Core Group Fitness WorkoutFrom strength and cardio training to improving flexibility, Reform and Ride has the Group Fitness classes to help you reach your fitness goals.

For these sessions, no experience is required and all fitness levels are welcome.

Group Fitness


CrossCore® Rotational Bodyweight Training: Experience the movement with this next generation, truly innovational, bodyweight workout.  RBT™ takes all the benefits of traditional bodyweight training exercises and adds instability, rotation and dynamic tension to challenge the user’s balance and core, while the patented unlocking and locking pulley system enables you to train your entire body in multiple planes of motion. It works for everyone, from beginners to elite athletes.

Use your body-weight to simultaneously improve:

  • flexibility
  • core stability

Muscle Pump

Improve your strength and muscular endurance with this iron pumping class. In this 60 minute workout, you will use a barbell to:

  • build strength
  • get lean, athletic muscles

All major muscle groups will be challenged using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses and rows.

Pilates MAT

Improve your Mind, Body and Spirit with this classically inspired mat workout. Based on the method created by Joseph Pilates, you will develop:

  • a rock solid core
  • lean, strong muscles

You will see improvements in:

  • posture
  • flexibility
  • coordination
  • physical awareness

All levels welcome and exercise progressions are taught to make this workout appropriate for all fitness levels.

Stretch & Balance

Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques you will improve functional balance and enhance flexibility in the class that everyone needs. Stretching benefits include:

  • increased joint range of motion
  • improved athletic performance
  • decreased risk of injury
  • greater blood flow to the muscle

Balance is a key element of fitness. Benefits include:

  • body awareness
  • coordination
  • joint stability
  • sports performance
  • injury prevention

Total Body Circuit

Torch calories with this workout which includes:

  • athletic-based cardio
  • strength training circuit

Your heart rate will be jumping and your muscles will be pumping in this high energy class that strengthens all major muscles including your heart as you work through timed circuits.

No experience required.

We recommend this class for members wanting an intermediate (or more) workout.
