Beverly Seitzinger, Owner and Instructor


Beverly Seitzinger

Beverly has worked in the fitness industry since 1995.  She has a real passion for helping clients develop proper technique so they can master more challenging exercises and achieve their personal fitness goals.  She enjoys seeing the benefits Pilates can bring to anyone who wants to improve their level of fitness, from school-aged athletes to adults of all ages.

She owned and operated the very successful and highly respected studio, The Pilates Body Shop, for 4 years.  In 2016 she decided to expand her studio and offer classes in Cycling and Group Fitness.  Reform and Ride offers a variety of fitness opportunities for both groups and private sessions in a boutique-style setting.

Danielle Kubat, Studio Manager and Instructor


Danielle Kubat

Danielle has a particular passion for Pilates and values its principals and how they can be incorporated into peoples lives as well as any fitness activity or sport. She enjoys implementing this training into all of her group fitness classes as well as her individual client sessions. Her clients encompass all ages and abilities, including those challenged by injuries or permanent disabilities such as scoliosis and spinal fusions to the elite athlete looking for continued strength. Her guiding philosophy of balance in all things is something she aspires to in her personal and professional life as well as encourage in her clients.

Danielle lives in Plano with her husband and two sons, and when she finds the time, loves to walk her dog, read historical fiction, swim, cycle, volunteer and travel.  She is also an accomplished runner, and has competed in everything from 5Ks and marathons to sprint-distance triathlons.

Sherry Henifin, Instructor


Sherry Henifin

Sherry enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She believes that movement heals and its gratifying to see clients quality of life improve through Pilates.  Helping clients understand their bodies and make those ah-ha moments when they connect their bodies to the movement gives her pride that they trust her to help them become stronger from the inside out. After every session, its a joy to see her clients walk out of the studio a little taller and feeling better than when they entered.

  • Dancer from the age of 3 in Ballet, Tap and Modern and as a Young Adult performed with the Muskingum Area Performing Arts for 2 years
  • Dance teacher for 10 years: teaching adults and children in Ballet and Modern and interpretive movement
  • Directed Commanded Dance Ministry, a non profit, faith based dance arts program with ministry through movement as the focus
  • Dance Technique instructor for the Eagles International Training Institute an international dance ministry network based in Plano, TX

Dana Ewing, Instructor

Dana has been taking group exercise classes since she was a teen. She is an enthusiastic advocate for an active and healthy lifestyle.  Dana enjoys encouraging others and has a a strong desire to help people accomplish their health goals.

Health through fitness and nutrition has been Lorin’s passion for most of her life.  She enjoys working with others in helping them achieve their fitness goals as well as her own.  She quickly discovered great joy in the success’s clients found building their strength and ability while overcoming fitness challenges.  She looks forward to working with others as a fitness team to become their best selves.

Michelle Zelrick

Michelle thoroughly enjoys working in the wellness field and providing clients with fitness instruction and massage therapy. She knows the industry well and has over 20 years experience in management, Massage Therapy, Spa Treatments, Client service, coordinating schedules, and staff development.  Her organization skills, eye for detail, supervising/management experience make her excited to be part of the growing wellness industry.
