Sample Classes

Cycle Classes

Rip & Ride

Challenge yourself with our signature ride for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of full-body strength training. You will get it all in this combo class:

  • improve your cardiovascular conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic)
  • gain strength and lean athletic muscles

No experience required but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most out of your ride.

All levels welcome.

Pilates Classes

Tower of Power

This intense workout for all levels challenges the student to flow from one exercise to the next with the assistance and resistance of springs for an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling, total-body defining moves. The tower includes elements of the:

  • Reformer
  • Cadillac
  • Mat

While you lengthen, strengthen & stretch your entire body you will develop:

  • a rock solid core
  • lean, strong muscles

No experience required.
